PubBees (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a United States-based publishing services provider offering professional support to authors globally, including clients and collaborators located in Ghana. By engaging our services, you agree to the following policies and procedures.

1. Service Structure and Delivery

All services are coordinated and managed by PubBees. While we operate from the United States, we engage qualified independent contractors and service providers internationally, including in Ghana. All contributors are vetted to meet our quality and professional standards.
PubBees remains the primary point of contact and is responsible for project oversight, communication, and delivery.

2. Scope of Services

Services provided include, but are not limited to:

  • Ghostwriting
  • Editing and proofreading
  • Cover design
  • Book formatting (print and digital formats)
  • Copyright and ISBN guidance
  • Marketing and promotion
  • Audiobook production
  • Branding and website services

Each project scope is defined in the client’s selected package or written agreement. Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

3. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project details
  • Submit all required materials in a timely manner
  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
  • Communicate clearly and professionally

Failure to meet these obligations may result in delays or additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

All services are subject to the following payment terms:

  • Payment must be made in advance or per agreed milestones
  • All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Additional services or revisions beyond scope will incur additional charges
  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services

5. Revisions and Modifications

Revisions are limited to the number specified in the service package or agreement.
Requests exceeding the agreed revision scope may be billed separately. Revisions must align with the original project scope.

6. Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at project initiation.
Timelines may vary based on:

  • Project complexity
  • Client responsiveness
  • External platform dependencies

PubBees is not liable for delays caused by client inaction or third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment:

  • Clients retain full ownership rights to final deliverables
  • Ghostwritten content is transferred to the client

PubBees retains the right to use non-confidential work samples for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for ensuring submitted materials do not infringe on third-party rights.

8. Confidentiality

PubBees maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client materials.
We do not disclose, distribute, or publish client content without explicit consent. All contractors and partners are bound by confidentiality obligations.

9. Copyright and ISBN Disclaimer

PubBees provides guidance regarding copyright registration and ISBN acquisition. However:
We do not provide legal advice
Final registration responsibility remains with the client unless explicitly contracted

10. Marketing Disclaimer

Marketing and promotional services are provided on a best-effort basis.
PubBees does not guarantee:

  • Book sales
  • Rankings
  • Audience reach

Results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

11. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon KDP).
PubBees is not responsible for:

  • Platform policy changes
  • Account suspensions
  • Technical issues outside our control

Clients retain ownership and responsibility for their platform accounts.

12. Termination

PubBees reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • Payment obligations are not met
  • Terms are violated
  • Communication becomes unreasonably disruptive

Completed work up to termination remains billable.

13. Jurisdiction

These policies are governed by the laws of the United States. For international collaborators, including those in Ghana, local labor and service regulations may apply where relevant, but do not override U.S. governing law for client agreements.
