1. Agreement to Services

All services are provided under agreed scope and pricing. Use of services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. No Guarantee of Results

PubBees does not guarantee publishing success, sales performance, or market outcomes.

3. Independent Contractor Model

All collaborators, including those in Ghana, operate as independent contractors. No employment relationship is created.

4. Limitation of Liability

PubBees shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Third-party platform issues

5. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify PubBees against claims arising from:

• Copyright infringement
• Misuse of content
• Illegal or unethical material

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by U.S. law.

GHANA-SPECIFIC COMPLIANCE NOTE

To ensure ethical and compliant international collaboration:

• All Ghana-based contributors are engaged as independent contractors
• Compensation is agreed upon per project
• Work arrangements comply with applicable Ghana labor practices
• No forced or exploitative labor practices are permitted
